This course will cover the long and fascinating Yoga History, Philosophy and Tradition. Since this is a vast subject, we have divided it into six segments. We recommend you watch each part once fully and without interruption, and then a second time, pausing and taking notes. Each part will have a short quiz, written assignment, or both. You will need at least 10 hours to complete this module.
